When you begin in ARK, you must create a Survivor. Select the map you can play on and hit the Single Player Option beneath the map column to start your survival.Ĭhoosing to create a new character will delete any existing character you have on the same server, removing you from any tribes and losing ownership of all property so be careful when using this option! Let's assume Single-Player is where you will start your adventure therefore you went to 'Host a Server'. Host a Server is actually where the Single-Player gameplay is.
